Job Summary  We're seeking a Travel Coordinator (AKA: Travel Scheduling Administrator) who will be responsible for evaluating job schedules and processing travel arrangements for construction crews and company employees in an accurate, professional manner, with the goal of controlling costs.  The Travel Scheduling Administrator will also be responsible for various administrative tasks such as resolving travel issues and processing cost allocations/coding. GSI is opening up a new line of business aimed at custom concrete projects. As an Estimator, you play an integral role in the entirety of the estimating process from procurement to bid submittal. This position must be detailed oriented and will be providing construction related inputs into the estimates (e.g., equipment needs, production rates, labor requirements, expertise needed). This position will ensure that all aspects of estimates are considered and included as costs in the estimate. The position works closely with engineering, frontline and project development personnel to provide ancillary support for bid package assembly and submittal.
