The Superintendent serves as a member of the Frontline Operations Team and reports to the General Superintendent. The Superintendent is a keystone role for driving the success of the organization. This position’s primary responsibilities are to ensure safety, quality, delivery, production, costs, and training objectives while also performing hands-on duties on the job site. This is a career opportunity with significant advancement opportunities. Job Summary The Principal Engineer is a key leader at GSI and serves as a player/coach.  The Principal Engineer is expected to teach, mentor, and develop their team of engineers to drive Elegant Design, complete and correct estimating, and outstanding client service.  The Principal Engineer is also responsible and accountable for all estimating and engineering performed within their assigned geographic region and/or client-sector.   Who is GeoStabilization International®? As a Senior Estimator, you play an integral role in the entirety of the estimating process from procurement to bid submittal. This position must be detailed oriented and will be providing construction related inputs into the estimates (e.g., equipment needs, production rates, labor requirements, expertise needed). This position will ensure that all aspects of estimates are considered and included as costs in the estimate. The position works closely with engineering, frontline and project development personnel to provide ancillary support for bid package assembly and submittal. What You Will Do As Crew and Master Scheduler, your primary responsibility is to develop and manage comprehensive schedules for construction projects. You will collaborate with various departments, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient resource allocation, timely project completion, and adherence to deadlines. This role will require a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex project timelines.   This is a hybrid position based out of our Westminster, Colorado office.Our in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with other days available for remote work.

You will not be working from behind a desk. You will be in the field getting hands on experience building GSI’s world class geohazard designs! This is hard work. This is gritty work. You will be working and traveling with our Geohazard Mitigation Technicians and at the end of the summer you will understand how the engineering principles you are learning in the classroom play out in the real world. The purpose of our internship program is to prepare you for a full-time career position with GSI. Therefore, in addition to the hands-on construction experience, you will also work with our Field Engineers assisting them with engineering, testing, and project management duties. We're seeking an experienced and skilled Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic to join our team. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various types of heavy equipment, including rock drills, excavators, skid steers, lifts, concrete pumps, some proprietary equipment and other types of heavy constrcution equipment.    Who is GeoStabilization International®?
