You will be working outside with your hands in a wide variety of climates. On one project you may be working on a slope installing a retaining wall and the next project you could be stabilizing a bridge. We're looking for a Shop Mechanic who will be responsible for preventive maintenance, repairing, and emergency repairs for heavy construction equipment with a primary focus on hydraulics, electrical, pneumatic, engine (Gas and Diesel) troubleshooting systems in a shop environment with ability to travel in the field as needed for emergency repairs.    Who is GeoStabilization International®? The Superintendent serves as a member of the Frontline Operations Team and reports to the General Superintendent. The Superintendent is a keystone role for driving the success of the organization. This position’s primary responsibilities are to ensure safety, quality, delivery, production, costs, and training objectives while also performing hands-on duties on the job site. This is a career opportunity with significant advancement opportunities. The Casing Driller (Deep Foundation and Tie Back Driller) is an essential member of the frontline team and will be responsible for drilling holes, monitoring their condition, and leading crews in the operation and care of drilling equipment. As a Driller, you will play a crucial role in achieving company goals, ensuring respect for company property, and maintaining a high standard of reliability, punctuality, and work ethic. As a Senior Estimator, you play an integral role in the entirety of the estimating process from procurement to bid submittal. This position must be detailed oriented and will be providing construction related inputs into the estimates (e.g., equipment needs, production rates, labor requirements, expertise needed). This position will ensure that all aspects of estimates are considered and included as costs in the estimate. The position works closely with engineering, frontline and project development personnel to provide ancillary support for bid package assembly and submittal. What You Will Do As Crew and Master Scheduler, your primary responsibility is to develop and manage comprehensive schedules for construction projects. You will collaborate with various departments, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient resource allocation, timely project completion, and adherence to deadlines. This role will require a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex project timelines.   This is a hybrid position based out of our Westminster, Colorado office.Our in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with other days available for remote work.

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic to join our team. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various types of heavy equipment, including rock drills, excavators, skid steers, lifts, concrete pumps, some proprietary equipment and other types of heavy constrcution equipment.    Who is GeoStabilization International®?
