Job Overview We're seeking a Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic who will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repair on GSI’s fleet of equipment that consists of rock drills, skid steers, lifts, concrete pumps, some proprietary equipment, and other types of heavy construction equipment.    Working for GSI, there is no typical day. One day you may be driving 4 hours to a job to do a preventative maintenance on a unit and the next day you may be on a plane for an emergency repair. This is a traveling position and requires a lot of flexibility.
