What will you do?
The Business Development Manager (AKA: Project Development Engineer/Manager (PDE)) is part of GSI’s client management team and responsible for identifying prospective customers, lead generation and conversion. PDEs assess client needs and present products and solutions that provide value to the client. Daily tasks will include meeting and facilitating consumer demand, working with GSI’s team to create innovative solutions to solve customer concerns, and developing sales strategies that will increase sales and customer base. The Safety Manager will help create and maintain the safety culture at GSI. This leader will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery and enforcement of GSI’s Safety Program to the company. The Safety Manager will also share in the responsibility of ensuring the company is compliant with all company, local, state, and federal health and safety regulatory requirements. This leader must demonstrate the ability to build trust and confidence with the management and associate teams and influence change by way of risk assessments and safety data analysis.
