Why GeoStabilization International?
GeoStabilization International (GSI) is the market leader in geohazard mitigation, protecting people and critical infrastructure from landslides, rockfall, and ground instability. We operate where failure is not an option - emergency slope failures, constrained right-of-way construction, and technically complex geotechnical challenges.
This is not a commodity engineering environment. We design and build bespoke solutions under real-world constraints, often in extreme terrain, accelerated schedules, and high-risk conditions. Outcomes matter here.
We are deliberately building a bench of engineers who can scale - technically, operationally, and eventually as Project Managers, Technical Directors, and Regional Leaders.
The Role
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be a core contributor across the full lifecycle of geohazard mitigation projects - from concept through construction close-out. You will partner with senior engineers, project managers, and technical sales leaders to design economical, constructible, and defensible solutions for some of the most challenging slope stability and ground improvement problems in North America.
This role is designed for engineers who want field credibility, client exposure, and increasing technical ownership, not just desk-based analysis.
Benefits

Cross-Functional Leadership
What Sets You Apart: we are not hiring for checkbox experience alone. We are looking for engineers who show trajectory.
