Job Summary
As a Principal Engineer at GSI, you will serve as both a technical leader and people developer, guiding a team of engineers while remaining hands-on with complex project work. Acting as a player/coach, you’ll mentor and grow engineering talent, set high standards for design and estimating quality, and ensure the team delivers exceptional client service. In this role, you will be accountable for all estimating and engineering activities within your assigned geographic region and/or client sector. This includes overseeing proposal development, ensuring accuracy and completeness in designs and estimates, and partnering with project managers and sales teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective geotechnical solutions.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule. Employees will be expected to work in the Westminster, CO office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The expected annual base salary range for this position in the Denver, CO area is $140,000 - $160,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
