What Will You Do?
We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter with high-volume recruiting experience and the drive to match. You’ll own full-cycle hiring for our field crews—skilled construction and geotechnical workers who travel from site to site to execute emergency repairs. This is not a deskbound recruiting role—it’s boots-on-the-ground talent acquisition where time-to-fill, hiring velocity, and quality of hire are everything.
You’ll operate in a class-based, weekly hiring rhythm with constant demand planning, strong referral traffic, and shifting priorities. If you love high-output recruiting, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and are wired to deliver results you’ll fit right in.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule. Employees will be expected to work in the Westminster, CO office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The expected base pay range for this position in the Denver, CO area is $35.00- $45.00. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
