What Will You Do?
As our Business Development Engineer, you will generate leads for Sales from a variety of sources. A key part of the role is taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to leads sourced by Marketing through ad campaigns and website and qualifying opportunities that fit our business for sales. Another focus of the role is to find publicly advertised bids that fit our services, assess the opportunities and work with Estimating in building a compelling case for the client and submitting a bid. You will also manage and source leads from partners, special initiatives and focused account based campaigns. You will support the sales team as needed with the goal to increase overall revenue and win new geotechnical construction projects. Our ideal candidate will have a relentless, can-do attitude and you must be comfortable working in a metrics based environment. Base salary*: $60,000.00 to $78,000.00
*This base salary range is used nationally. The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, skillset, market conditions, location, etc.
