Overview

The Licensing Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the organization maintains compliance with all relevant licenses, permits, and regulations related to its operations. This role involves monitoring, tracking, and managing licenses across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and implementing processes to ensure ongoing compliance. The Licensing Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in mitigating legal and financial risks associated with non-compliance and ensures the organization operates within the boundaries of applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  1. License Monitoring and Tracking:
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of all licenses, permits, and certifications required by the organization.
    • Regularly monitor the status and validity of licenses to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
    • Track and document any changes to licensing requirements and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  2. Compliance:
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation for license applications and renewals.
    • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with license terms and conditions.
    • Identify potential compliance gaps and work with stakeholders to address and resolve them.
  3. Regulatory Knowledge:
    • Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards that impact licensing requirements.
    • Interpret and communicate regulatory changes to appropriate stakeholders within the organization.
    • Provide guidance and recommendations on compliance-related matters to ensure adherence to licensing obligations.
  4. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies to facilitate license applications, renewals, and compliance-related inquiries.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and operations, to gather information and support compliance efforts.
    • Communicate licensing requirements and compliance expectations to relevant employees and departments.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to licenses, permits, and compliance activities.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on licensing compliance status for management and regulatory authorities as required.
    • Assist in responding to audit requests and provide necessary documentation to demonstrate compliance.

Qualifications

Our offices are in Westminster, CO. This role is a hybrid in-office role. Tue-Thur are in-office with the ability to work remotely on Monday and Fridays.

 

Qualifications

  • Ambitious self-starter
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and type English effectively.
  • Ability to have effective time management.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Must have an adequate ability to apply training received by understanding the focus and general direction of the Compliance & Ethics Department and to utilize the training.
  • Excellent customer service.

Salary range: $27.98 - $35.58 per hour
