The Construction Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Construction Department. This position will be responsible for assisting our operations. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Operations Team with equipment and resource scheduling and coordination
• Assist the Operations Team with project scheduling and coordination.
• Assist the Operations Team with Administrative tasks
• Assist the Operations Team with KPI tracking.
• Perform administrative duties as needed including filing, data entry, etc.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Equipment operation experience
• Construction experience
• Lift up to 100lbs regularly
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in repairing and maintaining heavy equipment
