What Will You Do?
The Manager of Estimating will play a key leadership role in the estimating process by overseeing a team of Senior and Junior Estimators. This position requires strong attention to detail and will provide construction-related inputs into estimates, including equipment needs, production rates, labor requirements, and necessary expertise. The Manager of Estimating ensures that all aspects of estimates are accurately considered and included as costs. This position works closely with the Operations Manager, General Superintendent, and office personnel to lead the estimating function effectively. Additionally, the role is responsible for level loading the estimating team, reporting on workload distribution, and implementing strategies to enhance the estimating process.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule. Employees will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The expected base pay range for this position in the Denver area is $132,000.00 - $170,000.00. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
