Learning Consultant

The Learning Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning strategies and solutions. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in learning design & development, content management, learning technology management, project management, and facilitation to drive impactful learning experiences across the organization.

• Consult with business stakeholders and HR partners on best practices and approaches to developing their people and closing skills gaps.
• Lead and manage learning and development projects and programs, including scope definition, timeline management, stakeholder management, communication strategies, and project execution.
• Improve processes and programs continuously through the use of technology to drive efficiencies throughout the business.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery, and track the impact of learning programs and change management initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Adapt facilitation techniques to meet the needs of diverse audiences and learning styles, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• Provide feedback and support to participants, fostering a positive learning environment and addressing any challenges that arise during sessions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Organizational Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of learning technologies and content management systems.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field preferred.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000
